New gas lines for appliances, upsizing for a tankless water heater, and repairs to existing gas piping. We pull the required permits and pressure-test the work. Flat-rate quotes, no runaround.

Ranges, dryers, water heaters, furnaces, fireplaces, grills and generators each need a properly sized and installed gas line.
Gas tankless water heaters can need more gas capacity than a tank. We check and upsize the line when needed.
Corroded, damaged, or improperly installed gas piping should be repaired or replaced by a licensed professional.

We look at the appliance, the gas load, and the route from your existing piping.

We run or repair the line and connect the appliance. We pull the required permits and pressure-test the line.
We check the connections before we leave. Our labor carries a 1-year warranty.

A gas fire pit, outdoor fireplace or built-in grill needs its own line from your gas meter. We size the pipe for the appliance, tie in at the meter, run the line underground in a trench to the patio, and connect it to the burner with a shutoff valve. Then we pressure test the new line and check every connection for leaks before the appliance is lit.

If you suspect a gas leak, don't use switches, phones, or anything that could spark inside the house. Leave the home and call your gas utility or 911 from outside first.
